In response to COVID-19, all of our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers. Please be assured that all our carriers are following government advice and guidelines and that everyone's safety is our priority. At this stage there is no impact on our delivery services, but we encourage all our customers to use their home address for deliveries. In the future, all carriers will offer a contactless delivery service, meaning you won't have to sign to collect your package. You can review all carrier guidelines and measures by visiting the designated carrier's website. Emails will be sent upon shipping to confirm delivery information. We hope you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented to protect you and allow us to continue operating normally. Due to high demand, orders are typically shipped from oldest to newest and shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will let you know when your item has arrived. Your order will be sent to the address that appears on your Aurumand And Argent order. Please ensure this address is complete with a house number, street and postcode and is the correct delivery address.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note that we do our best to provide you with a fast and efficient service, but delays may sometimes occur. If you have not yet received an item after the estimated delivery date, be patient, give yourself a few days and your order will be here before you know it. You have let a few days pass and the situation is not changing, so follow the following steps:

STEP 1 : Verify the order's delivery address.

STEP 2 : Check to make sure you haven't received a red card from the post office in your mailbox saying they have tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It is also advisable to check with your neighbors and the area surrounding your property for any packages that have been forgotten and to contact your local post office.

RETURNS POLICY AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Lunoptica, you are responsible for original shipping costs, all applicable customs import fees. This also applies to any shipment refused by you upon delivery. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy times of year (Christmas, holidays, etc.).

Misuse of advertised discounts

Lunoptica reserves the right to modify or cancel any order that has made abusive use of our advertising/advertised reduction policy.
